Build It International is looking for an experienced construction manager and trainer (previously Construction and Training Programme Manager) who is keen to share their expertise with young professionals in Zambia.
You will join our team in Lusaka for 12 months from January 2018, overseeing our community buildings programme (schools and clinics). You will also provide training and support to our site agents.
We use these building projects to train local people in basic construction skills and develop competent project managers.
Our programme receives practical support from Gensler Architects, BuroHappold and Carillion.
This is a voluntary post (all expenses covered), based in Lusaka, for one year (negotiable).
