Peter Bristowe raised over £5,000 cycling coast to coast from Whitehaven to Tynemouth. On a route that took in the Pennines, Peter and three friends covered 140 miles in three days.

Although the sun was shining, the team were faced with several challenges including punctures and a broken bicycle! Peter and his team still managed to triumph and were able to celebrate by taking a dip in the sea at Tynemouth after three hard days of cycling up hills, through villages and through the centre of Newcastle.
