Andrew Jowett, Director |

| Andrew founded Build IT International in 2006 and has been Director of the Charity ever since. Previously, Andrew has run programmes for Save the Children and was Director at Harvest Help (now Self Help Africa). After gaining 20 years experience of development work in Latin America and Africa, Andrew saw the great need for quality infrastructure and skills development in sub-Saharan Africa. |

John joined us in May 2008 following a successful career in the commercial sector, with over 30 years experience in accountancy and financial management. John is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts and leads the Finance and Administration team here at Build IT International. |

| Victoria Crook, Fundraising and Communications Manager | |
| Victoria joined Build IT in March 2010 from children’s charity Barnardo’s, where she had previously worked as a Corporate Relationship Manager. Vicky oversees all fundraising and communications at Build IT. |

| Aron Hughes, Fundraiser | |
| Aron joined Build IT in May 2011 having previously worked for Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust, where he was a Development Officer. Having volunteered in Africa for 6 months, Aron was inspired to work for Build IT. Aron works in the fundraising team and is responsible for seeking the funding required to undertake our various projects in sub-Saharan Africa. |

| Richard joined the team in July 2008 as part of the fundraising team and has a wealth of experience in the private and commercial sectors. Richard works part time and focuses on fundraising from grant making trusts and foundations. |

| Adam joined Build IT International in November 2011, having worked in communications in social housing and the music industry. Adam will be supporting the fundraising team by updating and maintaining our online presence and promoting Build It International in the press. |

| Kaye joined the team in January 2012, having done some temporary work for Buid It International in the past. She has a variety of experience from roles in the commercial sector, voluntary work and running her own business. She primarily works in the finance team and also gets involved in fundraising support. |

Liz joined Build IT in September 2011. Following a successful career in corporate lending and managing her own international relocation business, Liz is now pursing her charitable interests. Working from London, Liz supports the fundraising team on a part time voluntary basis. |

Build IT Zambia
| Callistus Kaoma, Zambia Programme Director | |
| Callistus joined the team in January 2011 to run our programme of works in Zambia. He has a degree Construction Management, a masters degree in Urban Planning and also a masters degree in Business Administration. Callistus has experience in statutory, private and NGO sectors. Before coming to Build IT, Callistus was the Programmes Manager for Habitat for Humanity. |

| Charity has been part of the team in Zambia since 20088 and has a background in rural development and community participation. As well as having a great name Charity has been responsible for project identification and development up until building work starts. Charity also helps to monitor, support and keep in touch with our former trainees and projects. |

| Yvonne Kwalombota, Zambia Finance Manager. | |
| Yvonne joined the team in January 2011 and has nine years experience, mainly with NGOs and is ACCA part qualified. Yvonne manages accounts within Zambia and is part of the Finance and Administration Team. |

| Kazanda Kapinga, Project Manager | |
| Kazanda joined Build IT International in 2008 and is a qualified Project Manager. Kazanda is responsible for managing direct delivery of Build IT International projects – which includes managing and directing contractors. |

| Malcolm Alcock, Consultant Project Manager | |
| Malcolm has been a critical member of the team on a number of projects in Zambia since 2006, helping to deliver projects including Fiwila and Butempa schools. Malcolm is currently Consultant Project Manager currently at Twapia Secondary School – Build IT International’s largest ever project. |
