Our Impact

We are passionate about our values of Empowerment, Excellence, Collaboration and Courage.

They underpin our efforts to deliver our goal of impacting on the lives of 150,000 people between 2017 and 2021. Our 2018 – 2019 Annual Review illustrates just how our values help us to make a difference.

Our recently published 2019 Impact Study confirms that we are creating real opportunities for young people and their communities in Zambia.

The study assessed seven projects and 175 trainees from the past five years. It shows an incredible 71% of Build It graduates interviewed now earn above the official poverty line compared with just 10% before training.
