Important developments at Build It
“After eight years successfully leading our Zambia team, Sughra Hussain will be leaving her post as Country Director at the end of May 2022.
On behalf of both Build It Boards, I would like to thank Sughra for her commitment, skill and hard work over such a sustained period. Of the many highlights she is responsible for, establishing the Centre for Excellence and securing funding from the EU and Irish Aid rank high.
We wish Sughra all the very best in her future assignments.
At the same time we are delighted to welcome Neil MacDougall to our UK Board.
Neil was born in Monze, in Southwestern Zambia. He later moved to Malawi and then Kenya, before arriving in the UK.
Neil’s career has been in private company investment. Neil returns to Africa when he can and often takes his family along too. We are delighted to have Neil on the Board.”
