Trustee to lead on institutional partnerships
We are looking for a trustee with institutional fundraising experience who understands consortia and partnerships development. They will bring:
- Senior experience of securing institutional or statutory funding at scale.
- Direct experience of building, leading or negotiating within consortia that bring together NGOs, private sector partners, research institutions or government.
- A clear understanding of what funders test in due diligence.
- Sound judgement on when to bid, when to partner and when to decline.
- Willingness to open doors.
- This role is open to candidates in UK or Europe, with a knowledge of Zambia or Sub-Saharan Africa.

Trustee to lead on private sector partnerships
We are looking for a trustee who will help us grow our private sector networks. They will bring:
- A strong finance or business background at a senior level.
- Established networks across the UK or European private sector, and a willingness to use them on our behalf.
- An understanding of how corporate decisions on partnership, sponsorship, and ESG commitments are made and funded.
- This role is open to candidates in UK or Europe, with a knowledge of Zambia or Sub-Saharan Africa.

Trustee to lead on international development and programme quality
We are looking for a trustee with recognised expertise in either technical and vocational training, youth employability, or gender inclusion in Africa. They will bring:
- Expertise in technical and vocational education and training, youth employability, or skills and labour market systems in Africa.
- Understanding of gender inclusion as a structural and systemic issue.
- Experience of influencing policy or practice at national or sector level.
- Commitment to locally-led development.
- An academic, research, NGO or consultancy background.
- This role is open to candidates in Zambia, elsewhere in Africa, UK or Europe.
