Our training empowers young unemployed people in Zambia through practical skills that are in demand.

We have developed a highly effective vocational training programme in building trades, shaped by local employers’ needs to increase the prospects and employability of our young graduates. Life skills training is a key part of our courses so trainees are work ready, with confidence and resilience. We also arrange work experience and provide career development support.

With new skills come new opportunities for our trainees to find work, and to provide for their families. The chance of a brighter future.
