2024 has been a year of reflection and ambition – an opportunity to look back on our journey and set a bold course for the future.
Zambia’s young people remain at the heart of our vision as we shaped our 2025–2028 strategy. Building on strong foundations, we are introducing new initiatives to transform construction skills training across the country.
We celebrated progress in gender inclusion, breaking down barriers that continue to prevent women from fully participating in the construction sector.
Lasting change happens through collaboration, and in 2024 partnerships took centre stage, building relationships that will amplify our impact.
