Our Centre for Excellence is at the heart of our ambitious plans to expand our training programme. Development of the centre is allowing us to increase the number of trainees we can reach, and also the range of courses we can offer.
The centre is situated on a two-hectare site next to the Great North Road on the northern edge of Lusaka, Zambia.
Construction continues to be delivered in phases. This enabled us to start training at the centre in 2017. The size of the site will continue to open up opportunities for further growth and expansion at later stages.
Our vision is to see the centre become a hub for construction skills training, small business development and sustainable building techniques. It will provide a focal point bringing together employers and graduates. It will be a hub for change.
