Marab was one of the trainees who built the science lab at Linda Community School, south of Lusaka, as part of Build It InternationalÂ’s Training into Work & Community Building programme. Build It International is a charity that trains unemployed young people in Zambia to become builders, while at the same time building vital schools and clinics in communities with little or nothing by way of resources.

Marab developed an interest in building at a young age, while working with her church on small building projects near her home in Zambia’s Central Province.
